- Our costumed delivery person can also bring a party wearable item to present to the celebrant. NON-COSTUME DELIVERIES: Minimum order $15, delivery charge $10 per delivery. 50 latex balloons maximum per order. We deliver 7 days / week to the Five Cities area. Delivery times are 10am-2pm. Special arrangements can be made for off-hours.check out all the balloon options
Please note: 48 hour advanced booking is required. (We need to arrange time with character) Less than 48 hour booking $10 extra fee applies. Please wait for a confirmation email/call. We will then secure credit card payment on phone.
